Her experience for the last four years has been integrative and performance physiology and nutrition. She is a certified permaculture designer and has a keen interest in approaching nutrition by understanding food ecosystems and their impact on the body. Her interest lies in building specific protocols around performance & sport specific nutrition. As a keen golfer, tennis player, trekker and martial artist, she strives to increase awareness and promote a holistic approach to health and performance to all Indians.

He is known for his expertise in using the latest neuro‐surgery technology and his methods have improved results in spine surgery.Dr. Srivatsa's interests have earned him numerous fellowships in the United States, Korea and Japan. Over the years, he has performed many surgeries for various conditions of spine, brain tumors, trauma and pediatric problems. Viswa is a post graduate from Andhra University with a specialization in Pharmaceutical Technology. He has previously worked for Gland Pharma , a USFDA approved facility for 3 and a half years in quality assurance and validation. Viswa has a strong background in biochemistry which gives him a perspective to look into human metabolism and apply this knowledge to optimize health & performance in a functional way. He has completed the ASADA Anti-Doping Course which coverts the risks associated with using supplements, as well as the health consequences associated with specific substances . He is an sports enthusiast and loves to play football and badminton.

Varun Shetty

Varun is a mechanical engineer who has received Crossfit Level 1 from the Crossfit Inc. and has been certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
His high impact presentation, strong business acumen and strong technical capabilities add a dimension of considerable depth to his endeavours. Through his commitment to the sports performance and high-end fitness segments, he aims to bring an objective driven , progressive approach to health & fitness. Varun enjoys experimenting with different training styles and practices and is also a keen martial artist.
